Mike joined HMA in the fall of 2016. He graduated from West Virginia University in 2004 and relocated to the Northwest in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Mike was a managing director at an international accounting firm. He has worked with clients in the real estate, health care, private equity and manufacturing industries, as well as SEC registered companies. He has extensive experience working with multi-state and multi-national businesses and consulting on mergers and acquisitions. When he is not helping clients reduce their tax burden, Mike enjoys hanging out with his wife and chasing around their four active kids.
